Congratulations on making it this far....
However, by ending up on this page, I'm gathering you are having some
serious problems with your computer right now.
Do you want to pay someone who either wants to
sell you software and/or their hourly rate to HOPEFULLY fix all
of your computer problems.....?
......Or
are you willing to download and learn how to use these extremely
valuable programs made available here for free?
The choice is most certainly yours.....
If you chose to spend some time to learn and
save yourself a lot of money by using this site's free utilities and
instructions.... I again congratulate you!!!!
All I ask in return is that you share this
information with others who may need it as badly as you did.....
Ok!!!! Now
let's get started!!!!!!
Hopefully your using ...
Internet Explorer 7
Or higher... if not you should get
a free update through windows update...
it will fix many IE 6 issues. There should be a Internet Explorer 8
Billboard on this page to click or just follow the link below...
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet_explorer_free_upgrade.htm
Current Internet Explorer 7 or higher users ...
now can close all windows to show only the desktop ... go to start / control
panel / network and internet connections / internet options ... when it
opens click advanced on the top right / then click the bottom RESET
button ... this should help the following links open properly for you.
Internet Explorer 6 users ... go to
start / control panel / network and internet connections / internet
option / programs tab ... click reset web settings and make IE my
default browser and reset defaults on the advanced tab.
Beware: When trying to get rid of
viruses etcetera... These virus and spyware programs WILL trick your
computer and redirect you to
the spyware / virus recovery web page of their choice to most likely
either charge you money or install more viruses and spyware.
...So if you are suffering from any virus and or spyware, be sure to pay
very much attention and make sure the web
addresses shown in the address bar are of the same name of the programs listed when
you click the links below.
First download the all of the following programs to
your desktop or favorite saving location.... Then I suggest you unhook your cable line or phone line from
your modem ... to disconnect the computer from the internet ... it
prevents pop ups and other spyware from interfering ... you can minimize
this page and leave it open ... Install & run each program completely
one at a time in the following order ... Microsoft Security Essentials / Dr Web Cureit / CCleaner / Windows Defender / Spybot
S&D / Ad Aware ... Important: Make sure to restart your computer after
running each of the programs individually if that program requires
a system restart!... Once
you have completed running each of these programs you can then reconnect
whatever is necessary in order for you to get back online.
Once back online>> Run Housecalls and Bit defender online virus scans.
That should clean even the
most stubborn of spyware and Trojans!!!
NOTICE:
Except for
Microsoft Security Essentials....I
suggest you Do NOT let all these spyware cleaners run when windows
starts ... run them only as needed through your programs menu to save on
your computer's operating resources.
Use the msconfig
command to disable these programs from automatically starting with
windows and taking up valuable system resources. To do this:
Click your start button, select run, type in msconfig then click
"Run"... When the new window opens select the
startup tab and deselect theses items...might take some time to
recognize but, the names are usually just short abbreviations of the programs
full names. Use
these programs to clean only unless you choose one if you really like it
to
run all the time for some particular reason...
I surely hope that you
found these free resources useful and they fixed all or at least most of
your computer virus and performance issues.
